Grandmaster Ladan's hottest new class is a combination of Martial Arts, Pilates and Yoga.
This class works to create a balanced mind, body and spirit by combining breath awareness, alignment precision and fluid movement. We move through sun salutations into strategically sequenced poses with hands on adjustments. You'll work to build balance, strength and flexibility while learning to skillfully & safely move through the asanas.
